Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all original accessories, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated service center using a tracked and insured courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
